When I was a boy in the 1950's I lived in North London. I remember The Queen and her sister travelling along Green Lanes in a Limousine. I can still remember after all these years. They were both wearing white mink stoles and tiaras. Everything about the moment was pristine. There was not many people around, just few people on the pavements
